No professional advice and no consulting relationship

Content on this site—including service descriptions, articles, checklists and case studies—is general information. It is not cybersecurity, legal, regulatory, audit or insurance advice, and it does not account for your specific environment, obligations or risk profile.

Reading this site, submitting a form or corresponding with us does not create a consulting relationship. An engagement begins only under a signed agreement defining scope, responsibilities and terms.

Compliance, certification and audit statements

Where this site refers to readiness for frameworks such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS, ISC provides readiness, remediation and advisory support. ISC does not issue audit opinions or formal certifications. A SOC 2 opinion must be issued by an independent licensed CPA firm, and PCI DSS validation may require an independent Qualified Security Assessor depending on your merchant level.

Enquiries you submit

When you submit an enquiry you agree the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential technical details, credentials or third-party personal information through website forms.

Enquiries are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The content, design and code of this website are owned by ISC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not republish, sell or systematically copy the content without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
