Information you provide to us

When you submit a form on this website—whether the consultation modal or the contact page form—we collect the information you enter.

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your phone number, if you provide one
• Your organization size, if selected
• The primary need you select
• Any message you choose to write

All fields other than name, company and email are optional. Please do not include confidential technical details, credentials or sensitive personal information in the message field; use a scheduled call for that discussion.

Information collected automatically

We record the page you submitted a form from, and the time of submission. Your IP address is processed temporarily to apply submission rate limits that protect the form from automated abuse. Rate-limiting records are held in server memory only and are not written to our lead records.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, understand what you are asking about, prepare for an initial conversation and follow up about the request you submitted.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use website enquiry data for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Service providers and third parties

This website relies on the following third parties, each of which may process limited technical data such as your IP address:

• Google Cloud Platform, which hosts this website and stores submitted enquiries in a database located in Canada
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which provide website usage measurement, where enabled
• Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on this site
• Google Maps, which provides the embedded map on our contact page
• A customer relationship management or automation endpoint, where ISC has configured one to receive enquiries

These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms. Loading a page that includes an embedded Google Maps frame or a Google-hosted font transmits your IP address to Google.

Cookies and analytics

Where analytics is enabled, cookies may be set to measure how visitors use the site, which pages lead to enquiries and which content is effective. These cookies do not identify you by name.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so does not prevent you from using this website or submitting an enquiry.

Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our business communications, after which they are deleted or anonymized. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

Security

We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit, access controls on the systems that store enquiries and least-privilege permissions for the accounts that can read them.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Subject to legal limits, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide access to it, correct it if inaccurate, delete it, or withdraw consent for its continued use. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Where your information is held

This website and its enquiry database are hosted in Google Cloud’s Canadian region. Some service providers named above may process limited technical data outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

Children

This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
